Read the damn book and weep for the hundreds of chances to secure victory that slipped thru fucking Hillary's fingers. And how many of those occurrences were accompanied by folks telling her she was fucking up. (sound familiar?)
And all the fuck ups in her staff terrified to give her honest advice lest they be 'fired in place' (a bizarre practice of terminating folks in the campaign without making any waves that might show the public things were derailing in Clintonworld big time) and then we have staffers clawing their way to the top of her favorites list (sound familiar?) consequences to the campaign be damned, all jockeying to knock everyone else out her favor (sound familiar?) and consequences be damned. And then the book keeps circling back to Hillary failing to see her faults (sound familiar?) and failing at accepting some corrective suggestions (sound familiar?). And then she draws the wrong conclusions about failing in 2008 and keeps fucking up and fucking up (sound familiar?).
It's fucking eerie reading the damn book right now, I'm not sure the Hillary time line would be too different in consideration of results as compared to this time line. The drama quotient would be different, but chaotic leadership can manifest in many different varieties of shit storms, and it's pretty clear, still just over halfway thru the fucking book, President Hillary wasn't going to be any better than candidate Hillary.
Better to let the 'pubs fail catastrophically with their "Hillary" than for the dems to have failed with their own.
Go read the book.

The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
