I love Zquil for sleep. I used to take melatonin as well. Fuck it. Better living through chemistry.

I got my doc to cut my metformin in half as I was getting low blood sugar. I feel great!

Glad to hear it.
Got a little scare when I got on the scale -something I don't often do lately- and discovered I was at 192, 10 pounds over my lowest in my last effort to lose. So I cut out the scone on the way home from the Y and a day later was back to 190 at least. I think it is clear that while I might be able to maintain without careful monitoring my hopes of gradually drifting down in weight don't seem justified. Oh well.

Welp the doctor said I'm gaining too much weight so I have to get really on board with my diet again. Can't have pasta and bread and any of the good shit. I was upset with myself when I saw him so I forgot to ask if rice was in that category. I figure white rice is but not sure about anything else. Anyone know if any kind of rice is okay to eat?

What's wrong with eating a bit less of the things you like?
Because I'm already high risk for diabetes because of the PCOS and I've already ate through my cushion of weight I can gain. >.>

Aren't crackers under the same thing as bread? I don't think I can have them. Doctor said meat, fruit, veggies.
