I looked that up and it turns out that its fake news.

Quote:“Their finding is entirely due to measurement error,” one of the authors, Stephen Ansolabehere of Harvard and the principal investigator of CCES, wrote to us in an email. “Measurement errors happen. People accidentally check the wrong box in surveys. The rate of such errors in the CCES is very small, but such errors do happen. And when they do happen on a question such as citizenship, researchers can easily draw the wrong inference about voting behaviors. Richman and Earnest extrapolate from a handful of wrongfully classified cases (of non-citizens).”
How do the database managers know? Ansolabehere explained, “We asked people in successive years their citizenship. That minimizes the error. Upon doing so we find NO INSTANCES of voting among people stating consistently that they are non-citizens.”
“The CCES conducts a panel (repeated interviews of people asking the same questions) and vote validation,” Ansolabehere said. “We found that NONE of the 85 individuals in the 2010-2012 panel survey who indicated that they were non-citizens in 2010 and again in 2012 in fact voted.
“The Richman and Earnest study is an incorrect use of the survey that we manage, and a false claim of evidence of non-citizen voting. It’s a dangerous, stray false-fact.”

That's simply not true and even if it did happen in one State it would not have changed the results of the election nationwide.

So maybe you can enlighten us by analyzing the results from this link?  https://www.politico.com/mapdata-2016/20...president/

Really? Then why do we have a voter ID law requiring us to present a death certificate?

Because the republicans want to put as many obstructions as possible in the way of voting because the more they do that the fewer black people vote.

Quote:North Carolina’s recent voting law changes will disproportionately affect black voters in the state, according to a study posted on Dartmouth University’s website Wednesday.

“The study provides powerful ammunition for the pending legal challenges,” says Brenda Wright, a voting rights expert with the liberal think tank Demos. “It shows that virtually every key feature of North Carolina’s election legislation will disproportionately cut back on registration and voting by African Americans in North Carolina as compared to whites.”

https://www.nytimes.com/2014/11/05/us/el...oting.html

Quote:Both parties, Mr. Hasen said, assume that restrictions like photo ID requirements and the elimination of same-day registration most often deter less-engaged voters who are more likely to vote Democratic. “So unsurprisingly, Democrat-led legislatures have passed rules making it easier to register and vote, and Republicans have done the opposite,” he said.

While we've never had a free and fair election in our history chances are that the Johnson and Stein votes might have gone to Lying Crooked Hillary.  Trump won because he had more energy than Hillary and she didn't hustle in the battleground States.

She was lying and crooked, but she would have been competent. Using six words or less per sentence does not make someone honest or a "straight shooter." He said he would "drain the swamp" yet put Wall Street in his cabinet over and over again, after blasting Hillary and Cruz for their Wall Street connections.

Wall Street not only wrote Trump's tax plan but Mnuchin, a wall street insider, actually presented the plan.

Trump's and Hillary's attributes are a side issue.  The reality is that Trump won the election in accordance with the Constitutional rules.  Hillary had played the game before but she never learned the rules of the game.  So she lost.
