Unusual and unanticipated events today.

Need some more test results, that might be coming in tomorrow. And a follow up consult on Wednesday.

Sorry for the delay, but really don't know much at this point. I did get into OR, and was knocked out long enough to get tube down my throat (and I can't talk now as I'm hoarse) but procedure was called off early in the first inning.

Feeling pretty good today, actually.

Yes, I'm sore at my laparotomy incisions, but I've loaded dishwasher and taken out the trash.  

Bending over to give EABUC#2 a quick pet isn't possible yet, feel pressure inside and it stings.  Still, am using same Norco dose/schedule from before so pain control is good enough and I'm OK with the 12 Stepper concerns regarding potent drugs.

Was instructed to call down to hospital today for more info if I don't hear back from them first.

So, don't know too much for sure.

Yeah, it would be cool to have a chest burster alien inside me, but I'm pretty sure we would have seen that on the ultra sound a week ago.
