I think he was a pretty obvious troll, every thread he started had the underlying thought that religion was somehow so great and that atheism is flawed.

If he wasn't a troll then he was a pretty fucking weird atheist.

I don't know why he wanted to be banned. There can't be much to do from within his padded cell.

I guess you won't be sticking around to provide your "absolute" proof he was Godhead. There is nothing to suggest he was; IPs don't match any previous incarnation of Godhead; neither does his posting style, nor his requests for a ban. Godhead tried to stick around as long as possible, proclaiming himself "ungetridable" (his term, not mine). Godnose on the other hand asked to be banned since he'd got fed up with everyone complaining about him...doesn't really sound like Godhead to me...

This is a discussion forum; people are bound to come here and cause a bit of controversy, but it doesn't mean they all have to be labeled trolls. People have come here with weirder ideas than his and weren't chased off.

His "ideas" weren't the problem, Tiberius. It was his style. He would ask questions in his OP and deliberately ignore the answers to legitimate questions and only reply to the "bait" he left. On top of that, he continuously goaded people into banning him and then "changed his mind." He started at least three threads on essentially the same topic. It's classic flaming bs. I completely agree that he was intentionally goading people. What he said wasn't controversial or weird. What he said was provocative on purpose. Furthermore, I mentioned to him that he could PM a staff member at any time to be banned. Instead, he chose to start this thread before getting banned. He was here for attention and to get on people's nerves. Sadly, he was successful for many.
