Lizzie was acquitted. Bonnie used a gun. Men are definitely more likely to be, say, BTK-style killers, but women kill plenty. There was a time, such as when Borden was tried, that people thought women too delicate to commit murder. I wonder how many of us got off because of it.

I don't care if it is a suicide, accidental, domestic murder, workplace grudge, mentally ill, terrorist. We have a flooded market and ease of access problem.

The problem with arguing motive is that the sane agree when the nuts pull that argument.

Wondering what a person's motive is isn't using motive as a dodge, though I have no idea what Hammy just said at all.

I'm always curious to know why a person does a shitty thing. Why people do the things they do is important.

I get that, but we are beyond the point where motive prevents ease of access.

I does not matter to the right on this issue what the motive is. The answer for them is always arm more and do nothing.

Not everyone is "the right" or speaking from a place of gun control. Sometimes, people are just talking about something that happened, and it's natural to ponder why.
