Do you or do you not believe that you are designed just as a 747 is designed, and -not- in a way similar to how a rock is designed?
I believe I am designed similar to a 747 but I am far more complex and specific. The designer of human life is a Super Intelligence.

That's being far too generous! Competence without comprehension would be more like someone who trusts scientists that evolution is true because the experts know best without actually knowing anything about natural selection.
