He knows every thought that has ever entered your mind. Similar to how a computer can know everything about something it is programmed to know, the Lord knows all. Now there is also Christians that believe in eternal punishing in the lake of fire but I am not too sure about that. I lean toward thinking it will be annihilation in the end as you stated.
