People tend to think that such things will never happen to them and they applaud when it happens to people they dislike. They tend to forget that once thug cops get away with reprehensible behavior it spreads across the nation and then everyone is negatively affected. It's way past time to kick scum like that thug cop in the ass and throw his butt in prison.
