And just because a court decides it is racial harassment doesn't mean it actually is. You really shouldn't put you faith in the justice system to be right.
Like mentions earlier, the two guys who were put away for 4 years because of a comment on Facebook... That is wrong in my eyes. I don't agree with what they said, but sexual assault and grievous bodily harm get 4 years... Is saying something the same as them?
I doubt that either side will agree with you that it doesn't matter what happens in court! The winner will be very happy indeed, especially if it's the defendant ( and the BNP and its supporters ).
Like it or lump it, the court decision will decide the issue....for now.
I work in the court system, so I don't need any reminding about wrong verdicts. In this case, as in others, some will argue the court got it wrong. That's life.
As regards the sentencing of the rioters, the riots were unprecedented.
Harsher sentences than would normally have been handed down were justifiable under the circumstances, in my view.
Others will disagree.
It's called living in a democracy.

Well, if people have that kind of view, then I can see why nothing will get done about the mess of the justice system.

It was in her window
The lawyer will argue this point I am thinking. Inside her window or outside?? Did SHE ACTUALLY put it there or was there so other agent (say a child) who put the TOY in the window?? And we ARE watching a pair of old biddies with million dollar dwellings arguing as litigation is now the NEW way of saying "Hi welcome to the neigbourhood?? They must have very sad and lonely lives is my thinking.
I have a dildo easily viewed through my window...WTF are YOU doing perving in through MY window?? Get A Life!! Grr
Indeed, the lawyers will put both cases.
Indeed. My point being a) we have two old biddies that don't have a life and b) just how did the Golliwog get to the window and was it intentional??
Quite frankly I am thinking it is a distraction for the UK for the mess it is in. This is the best your tabloids can come up with?? Not any different to Australlias then...
How do you or I or anybody know what sort of a life these women live? The defendant has already said she thinks a child put it there.
The court will either believe that or not.
Unlike you, I think this case is significant because of its nature.
And I prefer reading a serious story to pages of " celebrity " antics which unfortunately dominate many of our papers.

I think a lot of money could be saved by handling it out of court... I think even one policeman could just sit the down and discuss it with them. I think even that would be enough to get to the bottom of it...
It doesn't need all this money spent on a case and lawyers and all that shit...

I'm British... and I don't agree with much that goes on in this country...
Although, the SNP seem to be doing a grand job here in Scotland...
That mess of a coalition is destroying England and Wales right now.

Right ..so the Euro is going down the gurgler, the financial status of your country is heading for the poor house BUT YOU would RATHER be tied up with THIS issue of two old biddies fighting it out in court??
British are we??
I think we are at the end of this now. I have stated I think it is a serious case. I have said I prefer reading about it ( and about the Euro/financial matters ) to pouring over celebrity shite.
Yes, British, but I don't see the point of your question marks.
