That was a great jog.

For a while there, before I started working, I was jogging every other day in order to increase my endurance; the ability to continue jogging without stopping to walk and rest.

As of a couple of weeks ago, I stopped jogging because of my work hours and the inability to find the time to get any exercise.

This evening, after a couple weeks of no jogging, I managed a one-hundred percent endurance rate where I did not stop for anything. I jogged the entire three miles.

I feel great. I suppose I need to jog less in order to jog better.
