I don't know any clearer indication that someone doesn't know what they're talking about than when they're using the word "scientism", like: "You know you constantly need evidence and I don't have anything against evidence just evidencism."
You are basically criticizing people for not seeing something that even you don't know they should supposed to see by means that even you don't know they were supposed to use. If you think there is something that we should see then discover it by yourself, including the means to do it.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

I’m mostly talking about the principles and methodologies here. And less so, about making a case towards a particular conclusion.
I also think that you should probably look up what scientism is, because this makes no sense. You should be able to quickly find a number of articles that tell you why people are against it, and that it is not about being against science.

Scientism is a meaningless word which people that are angry at reality use.

Lol...ok
I still don’t think you know what it means. Also, I’m not angry at reality at all

Indeed. How can one be angry at something one has never met?
(Sorry, I couldn't resist. Carry on )
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Yeah, when will people wake up, throw away scientism and see the universe as it really looks like:

Yes he does it's what mystics and cranks use to denounce science probing their subject. It's not they think science can't do it .It's the fact they are scared science will do it.
