Why do I study deer? Because they can track a moving target! So if I want to be a bounty hunter, I better start with deer. I was asked to do this once and I couldn't do it. Are you surprised? I can only dowse where the were, NOT WHERE THEY ARE! There is a lag if they move. If they double back--I'm fucked! If they take time to eat or sleep, their fucked! But I can't do it from here. I have to be in the field tracking them. And all I can do is track them until the stop moving.

Yet, the authorities are also good trackers and really don't need me at this point. Yet, I can help them cut to the chase. But, then I am not a bounty hunter am I?

Well, that's what I learned from deer, so far.

If you ask me, "then be like a squirrel and find buried treasure?". That is actually very difficult because the information becomes very diverse and sporadic. IT'S WAY TOO MUCH! But, in reality, that explosion of information is designed to help you find the target. It takes practice, practice, practice to find the simplicity of the information.

Most dowsers think that crossing rods are "X marks the spot". No, no, my friend, they just found the place to start looking. Dowsing must me done from every angle and many levels of height until you see the pattern. Until then, don't waste time and energy digging dry holes because that's all you will ever find.

I have attempted this only one time. There is a legend here of pirates that buried 6 crates of treasure at Kaena Point on O'ahu along a wall. I went to Kaena and found it. Unfortunately, the mountain side they buried it in has since collapsed into the ocean burying it under the ocean. And the coastline there is treacherous. There are perfect waves there that few surf because those wave are only accessible by boat.

Yet, I still have the burial tomb of king Kamehameha 1 to look forward to, buried with gold and diamonds and his famous red cloak. It is of such historical significance that it is actually worthless to me. But it would be a nice find for the people of Hawai'i!

I imagine you're going to be a right old coot in the nursing home.

Is it possible to redirect any volume do water? Say, massive floods caused by hurricanes/Typhoons?

Step 1 - put a pile of corn outside of your house.
Step 2 - buy a case of beer.
Step 3 - load your rifle, crack the window just enough to get the barrel out, and wait.

Using this method, I can tell you exactly where deer are...not only that, I can tell you where they will be. Namely, my freezer. What kind of nutball sniffs through the forest looking for rats with horns?

So, I know that dowsing is real but, as far as scratch off lottery reels go; it's a waste of time. I mean, the amount of work was not worth the payout. At least, not yet.

Assuming these stories are all true, and you aren't leaving out instances where you failed, you're still talking about three data points. I can tell you times when I rolled three d20s and got three 20s back to back. While rare (1 in 8,000 times), those things do happen sometimes. Statistics are weird like that.

Now, convincing me that your brain is somehow subconsciously in tune with the difference between winning and losing scratch off tickets... good luck. The few times I've ever used them, I had to re-read the ticket half a dozen times to make sure I didn't miss anything. How you can instantly tell, through the silver coating, I can't even.
