JFC. Who would have thought the game would have gone into OT between the Ravens and the Brownies?
What a nail biter.

I am telling everyone here, the Browns are going to get better. If not this year, they are going to become the Cubs of the NFL eventually.
FORGET all you neener neeners, I WAS THE ONLY ONE TO PICK THE BROWNS! I am very serious about what I have seen from the Browns this year. Regardless of game to game. They have improved and I do not think the fans should look at them as the cliche "lovable losers" say like the Saints were in the 1980s. Now I am not talking about them becoming a dynasty. But they are not going to be the bottom of the barrel anymore.
Meh. The Browns are a crap shoot, week to week. I agree they're not at the bottom anymore, but that doesn't mean one can depend upon them to win any given week.

But I like what i see, and I don't see them being at the bottom anymore like they have been for most of their history. They may fluctuate from year to year, but from what I see, they wont be at the bottom all the time year after year, even if they don't make the playoffs. Browns fans have a lot to cheer about today. This game today, reminded me of the Redskins of the 80s in division games. Low scoring but knock down drag out fight that came down to the last punch. And even today, I look at today's game and wish my Redskins could close the deal like that, even in squeakers. RE: NFL 2018 Pick'em League!

Eventually, it must happen that the Browns and the Lions will meet in a Super Bowl — the first for each. It will be the most crappily played Super Bowl in memory, yet it will become a dramatic double-overtime classic (thanks to repeated red zone fails) that will be decided by a controversial penalty on a farcically broken play with two seconds left in the OT period. Miracles! Wailing and gnashing of teeth! Foreign observers might be forgiven for not knowing which city won because they’ll both be burned to the ground by morning.

If we are going by stats, just like a drunk driver, it may not happen the first hundred times you get away with it, but do it enough your number comes up. But the only way the Browns and Lions meet in the Superbowl, still depends on the rest of the planet not over polluting it or starting a nuclear war. I hope humanity can refrain from doing itself in to see that in my lifetime.
Congratulations to Jor for Week 5.
Thank you, Crossless. It's nice to be on top once in a while, even if it's not very often.
Yay!
Those penalties killed the Skins in the first half. But when they announced that Brees was going after a record, I thought, "We're fucked".
