Not sure what you are looking for regarding the definition of beneficial mutations. Yes, there are beneficial mutations that have been found. Not sure what to state beyond that.

I am barely able to credit your posts with the label of 'Hypothesis'.
To which there also seems to be a sticking point with your replies missing in regards to answering all of my questions.
So as to not continue into more tugid depths, please respond to my questions in regards to benificial mutations.
