Joods I lerve you.
*emphasis mine*

Lol, obviously you didn't read Joods post or you'd realize she did the same damn thing.

She's says a schedule FOUR drug has some form of narcotic, but explain why she quoted the definition of a schedule FIVE drug to prove her point? Hehe

Because the schedule V drug was a step down from a schedule IV drug. But since you can't click on the link yourself and read just ONE fucking paragraph above what I posted, I'll put it here now and say I'm sorry I didn't dumb it down for you.

Here you go.
Quote:Schedule IV Controlled Substances
Substances in this schedule have a low potential for abuse relative to substances in Schedule III.
Examples of Schedule IV substances include: alprazolam (Xanax), carisoprodol (Soma), clonazepam (Klonopin), clorazepate (Tranxene), diazepam (Valium), lorazepam (Ativan), midazolam (Versed), temazepam (Restoril), and triazolam (Halcion).

Feel better now diaperboy? At least I was willing to include the paragraph you said I didn't quote.

Your failure at ever being honest and admitting you were wrong, and being sincere about it - speaks mounds.

So are you saying every drug on the DEA schedule list contains some form of narcotic?

Because otherwise the info you posted stated that about schedule 5 drugs not schedule 4....

Substances in this schedule have a low potential for abuse relative to substances listed in Schedule IV and consist primarily of preparations containing limited quantities of certain narcotics.
Examples of Schedule V substances include: cough preparations containing not more than 200 milligrams of codeine per 100 milliliters or per 100 grams (Robitussin AC, Phenergan with Codeine), and ezogabine.

The DEA doesn't have a schedule. The FDA does. Yet one more reason why I know you don't bother reading links.

More stupidity. YOUR own post proves that you don't pay attention. Go back and read what you posted that caused me to reply that way in the first place. You are attempting to twist the conversation and shift the goal posts to suit your own agenda. Remember, that's #3 on The List.

The link I provided, that YOU WERE DIRECTLY SPEAKING ABOUT, that we have BOTH BEEN DISCUSSING, SPECIFICALLY REFERS TO THE FDA.

YOU knew that you fuckwit.

Your link doesn't supersede the information provided on the DEA's actual website...

What's the matter Judy, Why can't you just admit you were wrong?

And in case it wasn't clear:

Quote:The FDA has been overseeing drugs in the US since the beginning of the 20th century. In 1970 the FDA released the following drug classifications, or drug schedules, under the Controlled Substance Act (CSA). The drug classificaton schedules organize drugs into groups based on risk of abuse or harm. Those drugs with high risk and no counterbalancing benefit are banned from medical practice and are Schedule I drugs.

Just because there's a link to it on the DEA's website, does not mean that it came from the DEA.

Because the DEA didn't exist til 1973...

so now you're moving goalposts?

Move Goal Posts

You stated

This is false.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Controlled_Substances_Act

Quote:Two federal agencies, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), determine which substances are added to or removed from the various schedules, although the statute passed by Congress created the initial listing.

Are you going to admit you were wrong, or are you going to continue your dishonesty?
