OOC: You gonna have to 'splain everything.
I get an extra 6 skill points, but I can't remember which column to add em into.
I think I get 1 new first level, and 1 new second level, spell(s).
I had it written that I could cast 3 zero, 3 first, and 2 second, level spells per day ~ before going up to level 5, but I think I had it written wrong. I think it's 3/3/1 now, but maybe there's a rule I missed.
I don't remember what numbers I had written in my Current XP, and Next Level XP, spaces. I'm pretty sure it was 8Ksomething, and 10,000 in the Next Level XP slot, but again, I can't remember.
Clear up all these rules, and I'll write down what I need where I need it, and pick my new spell(s), by the end of the weekend. Hopefully. :hobo:

You should get a total of 7 more skill points (six from your class and a bonus one for being a half elf). The extra points go in the Ranks column. You can't have more than 8 ranks in any one skill (the max is your level +3).

Yes, to both. You will learn a new 1st and 2nd level spell that you can cast with your daily slots.

Yes, you could cast 3/3/1 at 4th level with your Charisma score. That will go up to 3/4/2.

I think you all had 8,450 XP, so you should be at 10,450 now. Your next level XP is 15,000.
You shouldn't have to worry about boosting your Base Attack bonus or any of your base saves. You should gain 6 HP (4 for half a d6, round up + 2 for your Con modifier).

OOC:
Okay, I think I got it. How many points should I have right now, to place into the ranks column, of my skills? 56?
I think I may have put 2 too many points in there, maybe more. I'll bring riding back down to 2 from 4, cuz I think that's where I may have put too many.

You get 4x normal at level 1, so you should have 56 ranks in total.
If you spent any in cross-class skills, those are bought for one rank per two points, so that can complicate things.

OOC: Only points I've ever spent in anything that isn't listed in my available skills for Bards, is Riding. I can retcon those four points into something else, if you don't mind that. Those 4 points weren't taken at a 2 to 1 ratio, neether, so it should read 2 for 4 of my points, but I don't want ride if I don't have to to simply sit atop a horse as it carries me from point A to point B.
Let me know.

You can just pull them out and put them elsewhere, if you want.

Something I haven't thought about doing for you: you have Rebuke Undead, which lets you make undead cower in fear and awe a few times per day. If your level is at least double the Hit Dice of the undead creature, you can flat out control it. This means you could have a 2 HD creature (such as a humanoid zombie or a wolf skeleton) or two 1 HD creatures (such as a humanoid skeleton) under your control at all times. Is that something you'd be interested in?
Obviously, you'd have to encounter some so you could Rebuke them, but I could fit that in. Also, if you're worried about running around with an undead creature in town, you can cleverly disguise them. Skeletons are handy because they don't stink (also, they're way faster).

Sounds good to me.
