They're "low priority" until they pop up. That's the problem, we're not enough of a police state to keep tabs on every loony out there.

I would like to point to something -again-: the shooter is a criminal piece of shit, but such attacks became a very known trick used to manipulate international opinion.

Nothing is easier than finding a racist piece of shit and giving him all the means to commit such crime. The consequences of such a crime can be quite useful for certain parties and players.

Just like the terrorist explosions that ate the Middle East alive. It's easy to find a terrorist -white or Muslim- to blow up a market -by exploding himself or flying a drone-, but the man behind is what I ask for... who the hell moved him?
