Has it occurred to you this is a remarkably inefficient way for to MBS to raise money?  If he's going to fine men for wearing shorts, men can avoid the fine by simply (brace yourself) not wearing shorts.

This stupid decision is because MBS is desperate to get income. He robbed the shit of the kingdom, but Trump stripped a lot of the cash off him, the war in Yemen took care of a big portion of his cash, not forgetting the amounts he pays to PR companies worldwide to bury scandals like the Kashoggi murder, so now he resorts to the most stupid and childish ways to get the cash.

This an illiterate drag, boru. He only got on TV because he is the King's son.

The reasons of the desperate measures:

1-MBS is mentally stupid. By stupid I mean stupid. He cut a journalist inside an embassy  for example. That is how stupid he is.

2-MBS -and the Sauds as a whole- are very desperate right now. They waged 2 failed wars -where Billions were payed- against Qatar in the east, and Yemen in the south.
They got defeated in both, caused a historical humanitarian crisis in Yemen and lost their economy in the economical siege against Qatar.
