It's not fine to insult living people, but it's allowed.
Like farting in a crowded room, it's difficult to police and we almost all do it from time to time.
As I said before, you have a point, it maybe valid or not, but you've made it invalid by default.
I say, move on, reinvent a way to make your idea more plausible and palatable, then present it in another climate.
