My wardrobe is almost entirely Bloom County T-shirts now that I don't have to have office attire.  I also have a couple masks and mouse pads.

A few years ago my older daughter gave me Marilyn Manson's autobiography and it's autographed with a note to me.  That was the same year my son gave me a "Gliding Jesus" action figure.

I've been a Bloom County fan for decades. I've purchased Berke Breathed's children's books for the artwork.

I was so thrilled when he revived BC.  It's on Facebook so you have to be on there.  He hasn't lost a thing when it comes to wit and talent in the years he was out of the spotlight!

My checks actually have artwork by Berke.  The fact that they are PETA checks means nothing to me...the sentiment is "Respect Your Fellow Earthlings" and the drawing is great.

It would be worth signing up for Facebook just for his page and the fan page.  Awesome stuff!   I have downloaded many of the pics he shares only on the fan page and have them in rotation as the desktop and screen saver on my laptop.

Breathed's online Bloom County series has been anthologized in two volumes, so far. I purchased both of them from Amazon.

I had heard something about the strip restarting, but I didn't know it was on facebook. So I went to facebook and got selected for a series of political surveys for which I'll be reimbursed more than $30 (4 surveys, 15 minutes each). Thanks! Btw, how do you like to be addressed on the forum? Is there something shorter than 'arewethereyet' that you go by?

Steel dubbed me 'awty'.  I've been called worse so that works.   Cool
