I ate ostrich once. Seemed to me like it would taste like whatever seasoning you put on it. Didn't have a discernable flavor of it's own. Tasted like chicken perhaps.

The thing I'm sad about is that we had our own Arabian ostrich once but the hunting of this bird led to its extinction, I think it's endangered of extinction too in Africa and Australia if I wasn't mistaken?

People like you are selfish, I mean you have chicken and cows; even fish, why harass this creature?
