No he isn't "legally" doing anything a Constitutional law professor would take seriously. Just because he can, doesn't mean the court will agree with him.

Just look at is history of lawsuits he has filed that have been thrown out. 

He spent basically months selling the false claim that elections are called on that day. He literally lied about how the process works, selling his base the idea that media calls are the same as legal certification. He was hoping his bluff would work and America would fold to that bluff.

Now the asshole hypocrite is relying on real process, all be it in desperation.

Well, Trumpsters, supposedly being solid citizens (ha!), should know how our elections work. Apparently they all must have had fallen asleep in civics class, or maybe their schools dropped teaching civics altogether (schools have been defunded by the Republicans). Anyone curious enough about the American political process can school themselves online.

There is some discrepancy on the declaration of a winner in AZ -  11 Electoral College votes.

I just saw another one online - cusp.  He is on the cusp now.

Nevada is done counting for the day. Guess they all want to head to vegas to make bets on who's going to win this election because nobody wants to fucking call it.

Biden is building on his lead in Pennsylvania. Almost up to 20k now. Trump needs about 60% of the remaining vote to stage a comeback in the state.

Biden has a lead in Georgia, but who the fuck knows how many ballots are left.

Trump's chasing that lead in Arizona, and I think we're supposed to get a big update in an hour and a half. Should tell us if he's on pace to make it, or if FOX News didn't prematurely shoot themselves in the face.
