There is something strange about this kind of objections ... how many candidate holy texts are there anyway ? There are none, the OT/NT may not contain a single word Jesus said. The Qur'an on the other hand was orally transmitted verbatim.
There are millions of converts to Islam today who don't know much about Arabic, clearly language barriere wasn't that big of a problem.
