I just rediscovered that I have a full toolset for my bike packed in a compartment in the seat. I had forgotten. I rode my bike for the first time in a year yesterday, and worried what I would do if I had a breakdown.

Broke my elbow recently and realized that the pain pills made me happier than I’ve felt since I quit drugs and booze about five years ago.


Going back down the addiction rabbit hole seems almost reasonable compared to the going nowhere work life.

I might get fired anyway because I guess a fractured elbow is an it’s ok to work the very next day thing.

I guess in a way my depression is situational. I honestly think I can’t function well under this kind of capitalism.

Maybe I used up all my happiness in my twenties and thirties. Idk
