Very tragic decision, but not unexpected. What is interesting is how both this and the gun decision were 6-3.

George Bush Senior was more of a moderate; remember social conservatives complaining about him after his nomination.

Well, technically, the decision to overturn Roe was actually 5-4. Roberts was okay with overturning the law in Mississippi, but was a bit more circumspect about overturning Roe in his concurrence.
