RE: Random Thoughts
Yeah, right. And who's going to provide the infrastructure necessary for that 10,000 to achieve anything even close to current quality of life in many parts, much less exceed that standard.

What about the infrastructure that's already here?

Apparently you don't know that the necessary infrastructure includes services supplied by people, such as maintaining and running physical infrastructure such as roads, electrical grids, and so on, and nonphysical infrastructure such as repair services, waste services, health services, and so on.

All of that stuff could be automated.

You’re going automate and maintain planet-wide infrastructure with 10 000 people? It is to laugh.

It is laughable.

So to is the idea of an infinitely growing population.

I’m not all that concerned about overpopulation. One way or another, it’ll self-correct.

A $20 dongle with an IPS display. I must say that I'm impressed. I'm tempted to order one just to possess this modern miracle.

President Gerald Ford never should have pardoned ex-President Nixon before Nixon was even indicted.
Although Ford was well-intentioned, this action threatened to encourage later Presidents (and one in particular) to believe that they were above the law.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
