And? I get the joke, but the use of "conspiracy" has been rendered pointless thanks to COVID.

What do you mean by this?

Actually US conservatives are very well represented, if they're against any pretence at democracy, they've got the republicans, if they're for a very slow tansition to democracy, they've got the Democrats, who are, by any metric, very conservative.

Your favorite color is blue, isn't it?  Hehe Hehe

As much as I don't like covid killing millions, I take tremendous satisfaction that anti-vaxxers are instituting the Darwin awards on a huge, societal scale and their influence will be greatly reduced in the future.

Revenge porn?

NEW LOW: Ted Cruz stoops to posting nude photo of Hunter Biden on Twitter

The screenshot shared below is censored; in the version that Senator Cruz posted there was no black rectangle, only light blurring, but still very clearly a genital image.

Musk’s big ‘Twitter Files’ release, dropped through journalist Matt Taibbi, was largely a nothing burger as far as the Biden campaign was concerned.
After all, any father might contact a social media site to request the removal of their child’s (even if the child in question was an adult) nude photo, and Biden was not in a government position at the time.

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

"Hunter Biden's Laptop" is analogous to "Trump's emails".

Everyone on the other side is hoping it will provide drips of endless headlines, with the possibility of some career-ending revelations.

It is just politics and the voyeur aspect of human nature.

A senseless death; one would think that law school graduates would not hold to such insane views, especially, in California.
