Freezing my ass off. Damn dogs and their demanding a mile walk each day.
Woof!

Watching the Vikings embarrass themselves.
Having a cup of Highlander Grog -- rum & butterscotch flavored coffee. It's a little more conservative than my usual flavored coffee, Jamaican Me Crazy, which is caramel, vanilla, and coffee liqueur.
I have no energy today. I just want to flop in bed and stay there.
Went away for the weekend with my husband and just unplugged. It was bliss. I highly recommend not reading work emails on the weekend.
I need to start getting ready for the Christmas dinner for work. So - what am I up to right now? - procrastinating.
Christmas party for work was interesting. Many of the employees are from Mexico or other countries in Central America. So, I think there were five big tables of Hispanic employees and their spouses, and a couple kids.
Office table - me, the boss/owner (divorced woman), the gay partner of the guy who works in the office, the super cute lesbian fire dancer, gay guy who does photography for events and writes some copy for marketing (I knew his name but we had never met), the gay partner of the guy who works from home, the gay guy who works from home like I do but our duties only overlap a little, the general manager/daughter of the owner, the gay guy who works in the office who I deal with quite a bit when it comes to billing and payroll. Boss leans over to me and whispers that no one can accuse us of not being inclusive in our hiring practices. Food was good. Company was easy. Was a good evening. Glad @*Deidre* talked me into going.
Having morning coffee and ordering this week's groceries online.

Well, maybe not never, but rarely. |
