Fetus has such right because she is aware that sex can lead to pregnancy and put fetus in her own body willingly.

At what age does the fetus gain rights? when it's just a bundle of a few cells, when it develops organs, when?
What about the case where it has an abnormality and allowing it to develop and be born will only lead to a very short and painful life? Would it not be kinder to abort it and prevent any future suffering?

It gains protection after conception.

It has nothing to do with the subject that is being discussed. You don't kill healthy people just because some ill people would prefer to be euthanized.

And why at this point? At conception a blastocyst is still only one cell and has yet to implant into the womb.

You do realise that about 60% of blastocysts naturally abort.

So? You are just a clump of cells. That doesn't mean that others have a right to kill you.

It is intellectually futile to entertain the irrationality that abortion is murder.

The Fetus has no such right and the freedom to have sex is also the freedom to not be pregnant or to remove the fetus. It has no right to stay within her if she doesn't want it there. Period. sex does not mean she has to remain pregnant and doesn't have the right to become unpregnant.

No, it doesn't. It can be removed at any time at the woman's discretion.

Actually, it does and you didn't come up with even a decent answer. You would honestly rather the poor thing suffer needlessly.

No, mother put fetus inside her body without its consent so she doesn't have a right to kill it.
