At what age does the fetus gain rights? when it's just a bundle of a few cells, when it develops organs, when?
What about the case where it has an abnormality and allowing it to develop and be born will only lead to a very short and painful life? Would it not be kinder to abort it and prevent any future suffering?

You don't kill healthy people just because some ill people would prefer to be euthanized.
