Nope god is a construct of man and religion is the construct that deludes people he exists. Religion and God are whatever humans want them to be. Considering were talking about an apocalyptic super flood I imagine the conditions would be quite extreme. But again considering this is all based on make-believe i imagine details don't really matter.
