No.

So everyone has to be aware of disinformation.

Also: The rocket that hit the Shifa Hospital is more likely to be of Hamas Origin. The death toll is probably more like 100-300 people (French and US intelligence).

You're literally calling for the Forced Displacement of Palestinians ?
Wow..I'm surprised by the amount of cruelty.
You called it a prison.  Now you're telling me that using an open door to a brother Arab country is "forced displacement" ?  Figure out what words mean and then we'll talk.

Live by these rules, die by these bombs, or get the fuck out is a forced displacement, in fairness. In that hypothetical it would definitely be great if they had somewhere to go, but I'm not really sure I'd personally advocate for palestinian refugees to end up in an islamist shithole. The defensible solution to apartheid is never "they go somewhere else".

Israel wants to deal with hamas? Good, and deal with them harshly. That doesn't extend to the average palestinian, who is a child.

Plus, at the time America dropped Fat Man and Little Boy on Japan, the German Government wasn't in much of a position to do much of anything, especially paying reparations. As an independent state, Germany was gone since May 1945 and wouldn't become an independent nation again until 1949. Indeed, between the fall of the Third Reich and the currency reforms of 20 June 1948, the Deutsche Mark/Reichsmark were all but totally worthless, so they couldn't have paid reparations if they wanted to.

What the bombs did for japanese command wasn't convince them to surrender, but convince them that they wouldn't be getting better terms by holding us lives as conceptual hostages in a mainland invasion. The choice, then, was between capitulation and eradication. To draw it back into I/P - that won't work here. You cannot force group A to capitulate by causing pain to group B. I mean...... maybe group B would do that if they could do that, but they can't. Group A likes to watch them die in the first place.

When the first nuke was dropped on Japan , there WAS NO GERMAN governmnet. In September 1945 there was no german government to decide about ANYTHING. Thats why Winters statement was not nonsense, but beyond nonsense..
The Allied Control Commission was the governing bod since July, 30th. It was the ACC governing Germany, issuing laws, and it would have been the only body to decide about stuff like reparations.

Winters statements are, as so often, more than absurd. NOT.EVEN.WRONG

The terrorists are wearing IDF suites and part of the Israeli militia.

I have a small clip for you about the situation in Palestine:

Do you seriously wonder why Hamas exist ? look at that Palestinian boy in the cartoon, you'll know where Hamas came from and what they are fighting.

Would it interest you to know that this cartoon was produced by an Israeli legal center and financed by the UK? No? I thought as much.

So, you really don’t think it might create some goodwill if Palestinian courts were to hang a few Hamas terrorists?

And, FWIW, I agree with you that a lot of Israeli politicos need to be tried for war crimes due to their actions in the occupied territories.

Everywhere on earth there are good people, but the ones with the louder voice are the criminal scum.
Good people are usually scared of the bad people, thus they keep their voices down.

So many know that Gaza is being ethnically cleansed, but so many fear the consequences of angering the bad people.

It's all about fear and the heavy-toll of consequences on the efforts and life of the good people.

It's their land: Gaza is the land of the besieged.
Forcing them to move out is a crime against humanity.

The only ones Israel is forcing to move out is Hamas.  After the War they intend to hand the reigns of Gaza over the Palestinian Authority and then cut all ties to the area.  They already started doing that. No electricity, no water, no work passes for farms in the Negev. They'll mine the border ala North Korea and let them all go to hell.  Of course, they're already there, aren't they?
