I think winter is a moderate feeding on radical contents on the Internet. That’s the situation of most Muslims around the world unfortunately.
 
Yet: The US is still a country with a huge proportion of its youth living food insecure houses and limited access to healthcare and primary education. + a Huge proportion of College Graduates having enormous debts to pay back to the banks.
 
Similarly, the US foreign policy is not always La La Land either. (I mean these are facts).

Now this (and political Islam in general) is turning back on its creators. So I don’t know a lot on these issues. Still there are solutions to be implemented. This whole thing is not easy for Israelis either. Right now, all the men are gone. And women are getting organized to keep the economy running. Mothers, sisters, wives, grandmothers + children of course.

In my Junior High days (a year or so before 1998). I learned (or I remember to have learned) that this term designated Nazi atrocities against Jews, Gypsies, homosexuals, regime opponents etc. Soviet Gulag’s were not included in this definition (or that’s how I remember it).

Winter has not problems with cruelty and violence. He has no problems with murder, pillaging and ethnic cleansing. The only problem he has with all these things is that they are done by the "wrong people" for the "wrong reasons". In this very thread you can see him openly and blatantly ignoring those things done by people he considers to be "his". He is just not commenting on any of this because he knows that to civilized people this is not acceptable. 1) That’s my personal definition. Fascist means Benito Mussolini. The Duce. And similar people like the General Franco of Spain or General Augusto Pinochet of Chili.  
 
Today everyone is accusing everyone of being fascists (or Nazis) because it represents a negative thing.
 
My opinion on that: If you take young demonstrators and put them in jail and/or torture them for not adhering to your interpretation of “loving the motherland”, that’s when you become a fascist.
 
Georgia Meloni for instance, is a right-wing populist. (Although she is said to have been a fascist in her teenage years).

I think it’s the media he is being exposed to. There is a huge disproportion between BBC and (for instance) Al-Jazeera in the covering of these two weeks events.
 
I’ve had arguments with people here having to ask them “What would you do if someone killed 1300 of our citizens, wounded another 3000 and kidnaped 250 of them? What would be your reaction?”
