Nope there is no reason they should " live with consequences of their own actions." unless they explicitly agreed to be to be impregnated it's involuntary and no one has any right to force her to stay that way. First off, the Wikipedia link says that irreligion, which includes atheism, is increasing in population, and the second link is a biased source and non reliable.

Secondly, atheism is not based on reproduction, or fertility for that matter. It is taught, like religion. Teaching has nothing to do with reproduction.
