Having a beer. I picked up Summit's Goddess series IPA sampler yesterday. This is what they call an Imperial IPA. Probably not the wisest choice, given I've got dishes to do and it is 9% ABV.

Dishes are done. "Hic!" Fortunately, there weren't many as I had done the bulk earlier this evening.

Going to run to the store for some last-minute items. I figured the glaze described in the first video that I watched would be fine, but it was an outlier.

My vision is super blurry when I first wake up. Takes a short period for it to clear up.

Looks as though I'm going to need eye drops.

Dagnabbit. I've forgotten how to do a custom temperature setting on the thermometer I use for oven cooking.

Ham is on. My glaze is a little thin, but oh well. Not important.

I'm not a cook, but wouldn't the thickness and composition of the glaze affect cooking times?

It's 10 pounds of meat. A little glaze won't affect anything. I'm cooking by temperature not time, anyway, so it's a moot point.

I get to meet with HR to explain why I haven't hired any of the unqualified candidates they've sent me.
