I am just going to throw this out there FWIW. Staff are unpaid volunteers and some of us have work/lives/family/interests outside of the forum. We are spread around the world and, for the most part, we don't make decisions without getting input from other staff members. The exception to that being a spambot.

There are times when a short ban is put in place until enough staff can weigh in on the subject at hand.

For those of you who know how to do better, let us know. Otherwise, some patience would be nice.
