Finished putting away my grocery order. They offered a sale price on frozen turkeys for those of us who have the delivery service. The weights were in ranges....I may have enough turkey for several more people. I thought I was going to have to find a wagon or something to drag the damn thing to the freezer...then I had to make MORE room than I had already arranged. Good grief.

For the purpose of this rambling, I'll refer to them as accounts 1 and 2.

With Threads, which is directly connected to your Instagram login, I wanted to use a specific username. Ended up having to place a period in the middle of the username of account 1.

Only later did I check Instagram to see if it was possible that I had access to an account where I might have created the username without the period in it. Turns out I did. So I altered the username of account 2.

Now, you would think going back to account 1 that I could alter the username by removing the period in it. Nope. No such luck. Kept saying the username was taken even though it was no longer being used.

Then this morning upon waking, I decided to check back on account 2. Put the preferred username back to how I wanted it. Voila, it seems I can only have the username I want with that account.

So I deactivated account 1.

Logged back into account 2, but now I have to wait a couple days before changing any personal security information because the platform is suspicious of my activity.

Anyhoo, will just have to be patient and wait.

Yeah, I'm picky as F when it comes to my username.

Ordered a new laptop. The one I use mostly for personal stuff is about a year old but the one I have used for work is crapping out bit by bit. I figure that I may as well get that one replaced so I can use everything I need. The crack in the screen isn't the bad part but the not being able to add another screen is a pain in the butt. Basically I am getting the same one I got last year as I really do like it. The sucky part will be setting up and linking the new one.

Watching football and waiting for a delivery from Walmart.

Cleaning myself up just enough to go to the market.
