The worst one I've seen is someone who uses an AI generated image that changes periodically. Didn't notice it at first, but now it's obvious. He goes by the name Zachary Starr.

In NI, we called them ‘boilers’ or ‘geysers’. Here, it’s a ‘hot water cylinder’.
