Free speech is nothing more than nonsensical fiction as it don't exist anywhere in the world (exactly like a free market which too is always regulated and exists in the first place thanks to state that enforce the rules). It's regulated everywhere and yet this dumb phrase gained aura of holiness and sanctity allowing all manner of abhorrent crap to be spread under the guise of "freedom". Fascism suddenly starts looking noble, denying genocide is just having questions... All rights are regulated and speech should be no exception - fascists were allowed to speak freely once and result should be clear enough to not allow for encore.

Whether it exists in fact is irrelevant to the question of whether greater freedom of speech is desirable or good. That speech can be used for ill as well as for good is not an argument against it, any more than that guns can be used for ill is an argument for the elimination of guns.

Why? There is no value in allowing fascist scum to resurrect "arguments" debunked long ago. There is no value in alt right trash to promote white supremacy. State have responsibility to it's citizens and thus it shouldn't allow spreading hatred when it can at least try to stop it.

I'm advocating for active state intervention as telling people to fuck of is simply inefficient and unless you're Hulk bigger brother also not particularly effective.
