Found a way out of a Zoom meeting...I have a terrible case of laryngitis and can barely squeak.
I think it's allergies due to the late arrival of fall weather, but I doubt it's an excuse I can use very often. Hi folks, been a while.
I regret to inform you that my professional poker career is on hiatus. I got a job. It took a lot of thinking and talking with my partner to take the risk of resigning from the meat grinder. This job is 20 minutes away. I don't have to get up at 4:30 anymore. I forgot my login info for the other site and haven't tried to fix it. Will look into that at some point.
After re-watching The Hobbit movies (they still suck), I’ve come up with a wish list for the next Tolkien trilogy.
-The first one is a biopic about Tom Bombadil. -The second one is an romcom about Faramir and Eowyn. -The third one is a military drama about the scouring of The Shire. Boru

I sure am glad the dogs are enjoying naps after keeping me awake last night to protect them from (distant) thunder. We were under no threat but Quinn doesn't buy that theory and he gets the others all upset with his barking/pacing/panting.
