Nah that's generally not true, more of a friendly rivalry, we always boast and give each other shit, especially regarding sport.

I'm sure there are a few weird fucks out there who genuinely don't like all Australians, but they need their head read more than anything.

It's a family thing.
The English are people who live in the old family home we left years ago.
Kiwis are close younger siblings and we mess with them, some may resent us at times.
South Africa used to be our crazy racist cousin.
Canada is an older siblings who refuses to play cricket and likes telling us we aren't nice enough.
The US is the rebellious guy who left home before we were born, kind of self absorbed, doesn't attend family get togethers.

Great place to visit but I wouldn't want to live there! Have an aversion to volcanically/ tectonically active landmasses
