All the two medals show is endurance, really. Someone could post a lot and still be full of shit I think rep is a better, but not perfect, reflection of a member's contribution. Some who have moderate or low rep deserve more, but eh, what are you going to do.

There are Reputation awards that were up for viewing, but I don't think they're available right now.
