WTF America? Traditional haggis is banned?

Now, I'm not a massive fan of haggis, but it is nice every now and then. I would use an offal pun, but the article already nailed that one.

Yet other innards are okay to be sold. It doesn't really make much sense to me. Lungs are bad, but intestines and livers are damn fiiiine.

I personally have never eaten offal. I just can't mentally get past eating internal organs, ew.
