I had already decided to be a vampire hunter, whenever I download that add-on. Don't dark elves have a resistance to fire? You lost that upon becoming a vampire, didn't you? That's a shame.

Not really.

I still have a 10% resistance to it whilst being a vampire, now however I have a 40% resistance to frost.

I also have a ring of fire resistance (60%), so I can use that whenever I want.

Honestly though, I enjoy the weaknesses that come from being a vampire, because if you're a character like me who sneaks and uses the darkness anyway (hell I'm called Shadow for christ sake), then really your powers just get uber effective. Also being a vampire lord kicks ass. And another also, I can use Auriels bow to block out sunlight to effectively negate all the negative effects of sunlight

I feel like my character is such a generalist, lol. Neither sneak nor mage nor warrior but an equal total of both. She does look bad ass in the Thieves Guild clothes, though.

Mostly I just collected gems and swam in the water to find pearls. Then I killed someone, stole their house, and made myself at home with my loot. Oh and then I literally carried giant skulls across the entire world to my house because I couldn't pocket them but they looked cool, and I collected human skulls and arrayed them all over like a crazy bitch. Yeah!
