I think I remember you saying fall was the best time, and we'll definitely let you know somewhere around a month in advance, as that's when he'd find out what weekend he had off.

-- Samuel "Mark Twain" Clemens "I think that in the discussion of natural problems we ought to begin not with the scriptures, but with experiments, demonstrations, and observations". - Galileo Galilei (1564-1642) "In short, Meyer has shown that his first disastrous book was not a fluke: he is capable of going into any field in which he has no training or research experience and botching it just as badly as he did molecular biology. As I've written before, if you are a complete amateur and don't understand a subject, don't demonstrate the Dunning-Kruger effect by writing a book about it and proving your ignorance to everyone else! Just went to a movie (okay tWo movies) and won three stuffed animals in the claw machine, got the top hoop in ski-ball, then stepped outside and apparently the frogs chose tonight to start croaking in that beautiful chorus of springtime. Made me oh so happy
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!
Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite. Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment. Quote:Some people deserve hell. I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.

and why do you have a "T" sprayed on your breast - sideways?
This doesn't make me happy, but it makes me laugh.
My first day at my new job and I try really hard to give the best first impression every time I introduce myself to a colleague or boss-dude. My hand shake is perfect. I answer to their questions at best. Seems like I know what I'll be doing. I even dare to make a joke or two and make it out alive. I’m nervous. I just finish introducing myself to some colleagues at the parking lot and then I walk myself to the car as I make a call on my cell phone to save one of their numbers. I sit in the driver's seat, make the call, save the number, hang up, put the phone in my purse and place it on the passenger seat which happens to have changed from gray to brown over lunch. It's not my car. I turn red and decide to get off the car and walk back in the office pretending to have forgotten something and wait for them to leave. Maybe they won't notice. I get off and the guy's like, "Hey, what are you doing in my car?" I burst out laughing and say, "That's my way of getting acquainted with the staff! Don't you know it?" lol! I had to laugh at myself on blast.
Pointing around: "Fuck you, fuck you, fuck you, you're cool, fuck you, I'm out!"
