Here I'm putting what most of non-Muslim consider as a refutation of Islam into the challenge

I can show that Islamic laws about women, marriage laws, sex is the best system available compared to any other system (existing or even proposed)

Who is up to this challenge????

Oh you mean like the fact that if a man rapes and murders his daughter that the crime should not require a custodial sentence? Do explain to me how that is better.

You should use only facts, then if you don't have you can use statistics.

Can you bring a reference that Islam promotes/allows this?

Why, in every thread you open, do you seem to ask for permission first? Testing the waters or something?? Just post your theory and get on with it.

• A Saudi man who raped his five-year-old daughter and tortured her to death has been sentenced to pay "blood money" to the mother after having served a short jail term, according to activists.
  
  The man, said to be a religious scholar who is also a regular guest on Islamic television networks, confessed to having used cables and a cane to inflict the injuries, activists from the group Women to Drive said in a statement on Saturday.
  
  Lamia was admitted to hospital on December 25, 2011, with multiple injuries, including a crushed skull, broken ribs and left arm, extensive bruising and burns, the activists said.
  
  They said the father had doubted his daughter Lama's virginity and had her checked up by a medic.
  
  She died last October.
  
  Randa al-Kaleeb, a social worker from the hospital where Lama was admitted, said the girl's back was broken and that she had been raped "everywhere", according to the group.
  
  The activists said that the judge had ruled the prosecution could only seek "blood money and the time the defendant had served in prison since Lama's death suffices as punishment".
  

FYI I don't consider a short stay in a gaol a custodial sentence.

This one is not a theory

It is merely an explanation of what the media is using against Islam

For example "Marriage Age"
Islam has no limits or minimum age for marriage
Is that wrong? can you bring a better system?
Then can you show that system to be better than Islamic one?
