What do the planets and the sun care how old someone is? Are you saying planets know that a baby needs to develop before they begin to affect it?

Around 18 years person we can notice specific character aspects. Kids are all the same expecially babies. Their individuality is yet to be seen. So making natal card and be able to check tendencies of person character needs around 15 years old atleast.
