I place those in the field of biased theological study in the same category as those Harry Potter fans who study the Rowling books as though they were veritable holy texts.

No way. He's married to her?

Yep; and the story actually gets more awesome even than that...

They were introduced by no less than Douglas Adams, who met Lalla (a.k.a. The Honorable Sarah) Ward on the set of Doctor Who when he was the Script Editor (I.e. pre-Hitch-Hikers'), after her marriage to Tom Freakin' Baker came to an end.

There aren't the superlatives in any language powerful enough to cover that.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Well, there you have it. No wonder so many Christians have a problem with Dawkins. He's an intelligent, urbane, accomplished man of science who calls them out on their fantasies, and he has an awesome wife.

Maybe Nietzsche was onto something when he located the source of the Judeo/Christian worldview in resentment.

By this logic, I should be referring to you as dumb with every post you submit.

Something? Or someone? Because the latter needs justification. And it better be fucking good, because I am not in the mood for petty playground pricks right now.

No offense; just a gate. I choose to take that as an apology.
