Aloha fellow forum members. Here's another from my collection of vintage fedoras and Hawaiian shirts...In this one I'm wearing a modified Resistol 4X Beaver "Indy" fedora. The hat was originally a vintage Cowboy hat but the guy I bought it from cut it down and made a fedora out of it....I didn't like the way it was styled so I took it apart, wet it down and re-stretched it to try and get the taper out of the crown...I then put an "Indy" crease in hat and let it dry out for a full day...after which I sewed on a new ribbon and reinstalled the liner....Obviously I couldn't get all the taper out of the crown which limited me to putting a C-Crown crease in the hat instead of the "Indy" Center Dent...So, here's how it turned out, not exact, but close enough given what I had to work with...
